How to use Android phone as webcam

Steps to use your Android phone as a webcam with default OBS Setup

Install an IP webcam app e.g. DroidCam
Run OBS installer - Tested with 30.1.2 - portable may not fully work for this
Run OBS as Admin (this might be required)
Add a new Scene
Add a new Source: Media Source
Uncheck Local File
Input: The address your phone app displays e.g. http://192.168.86.211:4747/video
Click OK
Click Start Virtual Camera on the right side of OBS
This will now appear as a webcam in apps
